Artwork Requirements
raster vs vector
Raster images are great at 300dpi, but do not scale well - a vector artwork is fully scalable and will produce the cleanest of prints
For DTF Gang sheet orders:
Supported Formats - EPS, PDF, PNG
Vector format will produce the cleanest of prints.
If a png, a minimum of 300dpi, transparent background.
Colours - for our CMYK DTF, artwork must be set to CMYK. For our 9 colour DTF transfers, we recommend RGB for a wider colour gamut.
Failure to do this may result in colour disparity.
All artwork must be uploaded to scale - what you see is exactly how it will be printed.
Artworks are NOT quality assessed prior to printing - should you require assistance with artwork, please seek this prior to placing the order.
It is important to note that DTF prints require a minimum of 0.5mm brush stroke/column width – anything below this size may not print/adhere to the garment.
DO NOT USE TRANSPARENICES FOR DTF - THIS DOES NOT REPLICATE WELL.
For Garment Decoration Services:
Embroidery - .emb file with Madeira Classic 40 colours assigned. No other thread brands are accepted, and will result in the order being cancelled.
DTF Printing - as per DTF Gang sheet orders. Colours to be set to CMYK, as garment decoration services use CMYK prints.
DO NOT USE TRANSPARENICES FOR DTF - THIS DOES NOT REPLICATE WELL.
For POD Services (supply of garment and decoration):
