We dispatch with Royal Mail Business 24 Tracked and DPD next day services - tracking information is provided at point of dispatch, please refer to this for any tracking queries. Pre 1pm delivery services are available, and must be selected as a premium at point of checkout.

Unfortunately the odd delay can occur with our courier partners - this is beyond our control, and we cannot accept liability for delayed orders in transit.
We receive the same tracking updates from the provided tracking details as our customers - we cannot affect a delivery once in transit.
Fortunately delays in transit are rare, but refund requests for delayed deliveries will not be accepted, unless the item is lost in transit.
A claim for loss in transit will be completed in line with the courier partners terms and conditions.
